The mechanical and automatic Tire killers FB Mecasystem are a low cost and highly effective solution for managing vehicle access control to a controlled area. Available in different configurations with spikes, tines, metal of adaptable size, this product can be mounted on the surface or in a shallow pit. Offering the possibility of bi-directional or double directional control with teeth of various lengths. The variety of options allows this traffic barrier to be expanded and applicable to a multitude of applications. For the hydraulic model, the unit is directly integrated into the harrow, making this barrier suitable for installations in severe weather conditions, as well as projects requiring large distances (up to 100 m) between the PLC and the blocking segment.
For the mechanical Tire Killer, free access exit and controlled entry are possible. The mechanical Tire Killers FB Mecasystem are an ideal solution for the access control of vehicles when an electrical power supply is not available. We offer two types of devices: spring or lever. In the first case, the spikes always remain up and a steering free to pass. Lever-action Tire Killers offer three modes of operation: spikes up and locked in both directions, spikes down and locked, spikes up and free in one direction. Available in a variety of locking widths and spike lengths (standard 80mm or 170mm), as well as optional installation configurations: surface/overground or submerged at ground level.
